Needleless Rod Emitter E3

 

The needleless rod ends with a metal surface on which spinning mixture is continuously dosed. A large drop of mixture is formed here, with several fibers created by the active high voltage. This type of emitter is suitable for initial experiments, when the solution is being optimized and faster fiber production is required. The E3 needleless rod emitter can also be accompanied by an air duct feeding air at a controlled temperature and throughput to the area immediately around the droplet (electroblowing).
